CREATING CLIENT DRIVEN CONTENT WHEN YOU CAN’T PHOTOGRAPH CLIENTS
Mar 22, 2020
How can you keep engaging with your clients when you can’t physically engage with them? Create simple ways that they can engage with you and your business. One way to connect and engage that I’ve discovered is creating at-home photography projects that they can do themselves and encouraging them to post and tag your business. Kira Derryberry Photography has just launched the “Stay at Home Photography Series” which will be several blog tutorials over the coming days and weeks on how to photograph your kids with smart phones in different ways. When they are posed as challenges, the idea is that the clients will post what they’ve created and tag you. Your business will not only be infusing and connecting with the community, but it will be building a significant amount of brand awareness if you play your cards right. Here’s the latest one I’ve rolled out.
I’ve blasted this to my email list as well as to my social media following on Instagram and Facebook both on my personal and professional pages. Posts like these promote positivity in social media feeds and get shared often. Viral content is a great way to build brand awareness. You may also want to post in local mom focused Facebook groups or community facebook groups. The more this content is shared, the more it is seen, and the more it builds up your brand.
I created several layouts to market this on Facebook, Instagram, and Social Media as well as added a link in my bio to this content on my Instagram profile using Linktree. The gallery below shows those formats plus the email campaign that I sent out.
Get creative with this time that you have and get to writing!
